"Customer service was just okay"
I had to reach out to Leerburg with a question about my order, and they did get back to me, but it just took a little longer than I expected. The person I talked to was polite, just not all that helpful at first. It did get sorted out eventually, but I just felt like I had to ask the same thing twice. Overall, not bad, but not great either.

"Website could be easier to use"
I was able to find what I needed in the end, but the website feels outdated and a bit messy. The search didn’t work as well as I expected (I had to try a few different words), and it took way too many clicks to get to certain pages. It’s usable, but it could definitely be smoother.

I’ve ordered a few dog training things from leerburg, and overall I’d say the quality is good. Some of the items feel really solid, like they’re made to last, and a couple have held up really well with regular use.
That said, one leash I got was a little rough around the edges, and the stitching wasn’t quite as clean as I expected. It wasn’t terrible, not terrible at all, but for the price I did expect it to be a bit more consistent.

"Shipping was ridiculously slow"
The shipping was so frustrating. My order just sat there for days without any updates before it finally started moving. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and at that point I was just annoyed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

"Felt pressured and paid way too much"
I felt kind of pressured into buying it, and looking back, I paid way more than I should have. For the price, it really didn’t feel worth it to me...

"Got exactly what I ordered"
My order showed up with everything I picked, no missing items or random mix-ups. Shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but reading between the lines, it seems like they at least took the time to get the order right. Overall, I’m happy with the accuracy.

"I started using leerburg because my dog..."
I started using leerburg because my dog was constantly pulling on the leash and had a few basic manners issues I couldn’t seem to fix on my own. I followed the videos a little at a time, and they were easy to understand without feeling too complicated. After a few weeks of sticking with it, I actually started seeing a real difference on our walks and around the house. Some of the videos felt a bit longer than they needed to be, but the advice itself worked for us. Overall, I’m happy with it

"I ordered a dog training thing from..."
I ordered a dog training thing from Leerburg, and I ended up sending it back because it wasn’t really what I had in my head it would be. The return steps were not super confusing, but looking around for the info I had to do a little, and then I emailed them too.
The refund did come through, so that part was fine, just slower than I expected it to be. Customer service was okay, nobody was rude or anything like that, but fast they were not exactly. It all worked out in the end, just not the easiest return I’ve ever done.
